Solution for pgadmin Utility file not found. Please correct the Binary Path in the Preferences dialog:
We have to set PostgreSQL bin folder in binary paths of Pgadmin tools prefences.
1. Open pgadmin.
2. Click on Preferences:
2. Select the Binary paths, then in PostgreSQL Binary path(But not EDB Advanced Server path) click on folder buton for your PostgreSQL server vewrsion mine is 15. Then, select C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\15\bin and click on save.
